Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@onlymultivitamin.com with your order number.

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
Subscription Cancellations
If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

Once an order has been processed as part of a subscription, it is subject to our standard return policy.
Refunds on Canceled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved before the order ships, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
