• Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

• Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.

Subscription Cancellations

 

If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel at any time through your customer account portal or by contacting us directly.

 

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid being charged.

• Once an order has been processed as part of a subscription, it is subject to our standard return policy.

Refunds on Canceled Orders

 

If your cancellation request is approved before the order ships, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
