Our Story
Chris Santos has spent his life at the intersection of health, performance, and innovation. A lifelong athlete, Chris is a former triathlete, marathon runner, martial artist, and personal trainer who spent over a decade managing a team of 75+ trainers and helping clients optimize their bodies and minds.
He is also the founder of Dr Refresh, a premier wellness and aesthetic med spa in West Hollywood, known for integrating cutting-edge regenerative therapies with modern biohacking. In addition, Chris is one of the lead global speakers for InMode and Morpheus8, educating practitioners and medical professionals around the world on advanced aesthetic technology and its role in holistic wellness.
But his most personal mission began with a frustration: most vitamins on the market were underdosed, filled with synthetic fillers, and difficult for the body to absorb.
That led Chris to spend years researching, collaborating with doctors and compounding pharmacies, and testing formulations built around purity and performance.
